fashion craze

I've scanned the pages of several fashion magazines available (i.e vogue, marie claire, instyle, and elle), but I keep being disappointed. As an aspiring fashion designer (I'm pretty young, as in under 18; very into sketching, but have not yet learned to sew), I'm more interested in what the major designers are up to, and couldn't really care less about celebrities/gossip, or the love&sex section. Does anyone know of a magazine that includes only substantial fashion news/trends, and no irrelevant extras?
